I’m scheduled to ovulate tomorrow. I’m

laying in bed and I just got the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life through out my whole lower belly it felt like a contraction or something I literally screamed out loud. What the heck is going on? I’m not pregnant, is it ovulation cramps? I’ve been on birth control since I started getting my period could that be why I never felt it before? It probably lasted about 30 seconds.
