Dairy allergies symptoms

For breast fed babies any of you mommas have a baby that has a dairy allergy and what were the symptoms please.... and what did you do or was the drs recommendations ?

I thought It was the diapers so we tried every brand under the sun and we started cloth diapering which made it better but it hasn’t went away completely yet and we are on day 3 of cloth diapers... so I’m hoping it’s just taking awhile to heal completely...
