Any advice you can give me?

I live in Michigan and I have family in Indiana. I’m driving there (with my mom in the car) tomorrow and it’s about 3 and half hours so I’m kinda nervous. Any advice you can give would be great
I guess I should explain more. I’ve been on long road trips. But this time I’ll be driving. I’m on a permit and not a license and I’ve never driven that long so I’m nervous about that part and my mom isn’t that fun to drive with

I mean...you’ve got to start somewhere. My parents had us driving all over the place including major metropolitan areas and expressways as well as longer distance road trips when we only had our permits. Be a cautious driver but not so cautious you are being hazardous yourself. Take breaks if you need to and have a conversation with your mom beforehand telling her you may need her to take over if it’s not going well.

Whoa I was just in Michigan last week! I drove from Kansas with my boyfriend. I would find songs y'all both like and topics to talk about or else it'll get boring quick. You can also bring some snacks if you get hungry. 3 hours isn't really that bad so try not to worry about it too much.

Any advice you can give me?
