Can a doctor know that you’ve been sexually active?

Hi guys. I’m getting blood work done to see if I have herpes. Can the HSV blood test let the doctor know That ive been sexually active? I am not sexually active but he was explaining to me and my mom that I could easily of gotten it from kissing, burns, cuts, oral sex etc...asking bc my mom thinks I have been and doesn’t believe me. So will that test confirm if I have been or not?
Also can herpes mess up your period?

No. There’s no test that can tell if you’re sexually active or not.
Either your mom believes you or she doesn’t. Oral herpes can be transferred through many things other than sex, your mother should know that...
Oral herpes cannot mess with your period.
Genital herpes might, but if you are not sexually active, then you don’t have genital herpes...

No, they cant tell if you've been sexually active but if you have genital herpes odds are it's because you've had sine sort of sexual activity since herpes doesnt just travel down below. You have to come into contact with herpes to get it. If you test postive that doesnt mean you have genital herpes. 
You could have herpes from the cold sore virus and you get that from kissing, sharing drinks from someone who had a cold sore. 
What makes you think you have herpes?
