How do you know when to test if you have PCOS?

The OPKs and temp don’t work for me, so I can’t use those to know when/if I ovulate. (OPKs are literally always positive, doctors told me to stop wasting my time/money. I’m waiting on a referral to a specialist but there’s a 6+month wait to be seen so trying to figure this out on my own as much as I can while waiting).

I usually take a pregnancy test late in the week, before the weekend starts (🍷☀️) but it is getting costly as I’m on day 51 of my cycle and this isn’t uncommon!

(I also had vvfl around day 30 and 36 of my cycle but those have since disappeared... at this point assuming it was bad indents or something on both clear blue and first response)
