How often are you peeing at night still?

Just wondering how often 🤷‍♀️ I still get up twice a night!!

Zero. I’ve done my kegels religiously since the beginning and I’ve never had any leaks and my bladder is still strong!

I wake up at about 4 every morning and I try not to get up again until half eight but I’m really pushing it most days

I don't get up during the night because once I wake up fully it takes me a long time to get back to sleep. I should start going during the night though because I always wake up in the morning in so much pain because of my full bladder. 😂

I meant 1-2 times. Ever since I moved to California, my anxiety has gone way down, which helps my bladder. I need to do more exercises though because I have a naturally weakened bladder from an infection years ago.
