Postpartum workouts
Mommas the time has come for me to work on myself again. I am officially 8 weeks postpartum and more than ready to shed these last few pounds and slowly gain some of my confidence back!
Pre pregnancy I used to lift weights and do light cardio 4x a week but I’d like to take a different route this time so that I can slowly start back up again. Plus I can’t see myself squatting or deadlifting any weight yet.
Any workout plans you all are following that you would suggest?
