I'm having a small bit of brown spotting, 7w4d, 2 previous miscarriages at 5w5d, the doctor is closed so should I go in to the unit or leave it till the morning when I speak to the doctor?

Further along in pregnancy your CM starts to change colors. Darker or dirtier color is totally fine. You only need to worry if you see pink or red.

I had some brown spotting and it ended up being fine. I think it’s okay to wait until morning

I would wait til morning. They can't do anything anyways, you'll just have to wait and see.
