Okay so my son is 3 months old on the 10th, today he woke up from a nap with a low fever 100.2. I called his pediatrician and the phone nurse urged me to bring him in because he is so little. We did and when we got there the fever had gone down, ok good. I got home and he was super cranky and hot to the touch so I took his temperature again and it was 100.6, I gave him Tylenol(as the dr said to) and I called the phone nurse again asking what I should do and she told me not to worry unless it gets to 104.0 ??? Is this right, would you wait until that long, I’m just curious. Everything I read says over 101
