Me and my fiancé Zach Found out I was pregnant finally at 6 weeks super happy , super ready

At 7 weeks we found out we were having twins

Sunday the 28th ( 8weeks pregnant) me and Zach were at a drive in movie with his mom and I just started feeling really really sick and having bad cramps and pains so after a while I couldn’t handle it anymore so we called my gyno and rushed me to the hospital. The twins ended up being fine and healthy I just had two very large cyst on my right ovaries and they were afraid my ovaries were trying to twist so we’ve been figuring ways to control it and keep me away from needed surgery....

I also was overly constipated so we had to get that under control as well so they kept me overnight then again... at 9:20 night 2 in the hospital I went to try and pee and saw blood , we were all curtain I was just spotting cause it was really light but still keeping an eye out .. about two hours later I started passing all these blood clots and continued to bleed so we checked my cervix and it was fine and closed agreed it was best to check with an ultrasound in the morning

Morning came around but through the night I was still passing blood clots we finally did an ultrasound and they were having trouble finding them but being so early we switched to vagina ultrasound they couldn’t find the babies behind my big cyst but were after try and try and trying we could barely see one meaning I miscarried the other one and set another follow up appointment to check on the other baby and we got sent home finally after 3 nights well got home and was just in so much pain and still bleeding pretty bad , took my meds waiting for it to pass waiting and waiting I started throwing up and was in even more pain so we came to the conclusion we should rush me back to the hospital

Lady took me in for my ultrasound and after seeing me look she’s switched to vagina again but moved down some got done no words. Finally got in my room and now mind you as soon as we got there I got my IVs in and est so I thought it was weird when I got into a room they proceeded to put another IV in my arm.. I asked why and all they said was by the look of your ultrasound your pretty sick hunny... 20 mins later my ob walks in and apologizes because there where no babies found on my ultrasound and she wanted to check my cervix so I laid down and she checked me and one of the babies were actually caught in my cervix causes some of the pain from home so she pull it out😭..

Now from the beginning they knew these cyst were very large and without the babies there😭😩 they could remove them so the whole team talked and decided I most definitely needed surgery, they said surgery would be about an hour they wanted to take little camera inside me and see what was going on

Got prepared for surgery thankfully Zach’s by my side every step ❤️😩

I don’t remember much confusion is a slight side effect but from what Zach said the took out my whole right ovarie and my fallopian tude was knotted like barbered wire so a big thing to my pain was since it was knotted there was no blood flow and kept adding up into my ovaries and instead of an hour like normal my surgery took two and a half hours . They had to remove my right ovaries cause it just wasn’t good anymore luckily they say It only brought down my pregnancy rate 10%

It’s been a week and I’m still having a lot of trouble processing it all ... advice... help...?
