3 months and teething?!

My hubbys mom said my husband and his bro were teething at 3 months. My 3 month old is drooling like crazy, cranky AF, not eating as much, and seriously sucking and CHOMPING on his fists. What do I do?! I have some cool teething rings (not frozen). Should I schedule an apt? Pic of my cute little drool butt below!

Sane problem here with my 3 month old, its winter here so I have him wearing bibs so his chest isn't wet.. Feel sorry fir him, they want to grow up to fast!!

All you can really do is help with the pain with orajel or teething chews. No need to go in for it

Did this end up being teeth coming in? My son is doing the same as your son did and he is also 3 months old. How long did it last until the teeth popped through?

My baby started drooling at 4 months and before he was 5.5 months old, 2 teeth came out basically overnight.
No need to go to the dr, it's a normal thing that happens sooner or later and it will be easier for some teeth and harder for others. Gel, teething rings, Matchstick Monkey and when the pain will be bad, you can give him something age appropriate and recommended by the dr (in my country we use Paracetamol Baby). It will pass :)
