Can I light a Eucalyptus candle with my baby in the room??

This may be a dumb question, it really helps w my anxiety but I’m not sure if all scents are safe for newborns

Not to be a negative Nancy but I had bought a candle from tj max and one night left it lit accidentally while I slept and the chemicals in it turned my entire humidifier (which was across the room) black!  It freaked me out so that I am much more picky about the quality of candle I buy and how long I burn them.

I personally wouldn’t have candles burning period with a baby in the house the chemicals aren’t good for them
