Bleeding between O & Implantation?

Anyone ever had bleeding between O and implantation and get a BFP? I didn’t temp so I can’t confirm O but I did get a +OPK.

I’ve had slight bleeding and I’m only 4-5days dpo.

If it is ovulation bleeding can I still get a positive this month??
