AF coming or possibly pregnant again 🤞🏾

Had a MC June 27th and D&C July 8th . Started feeling dull back pains last week and that “feeling” you get when AF is coming but still no sign of bleeding. According to all three of my tracking apps I’m about 3 days late. Could this be an implantation dip 👀 ? Wishful thinking. I’ve also been taking the prenatal vitamins Conception for three weeks now 🤞🏾🌈
