Vibrator broke?!?

For the past two weeks we’ve been trying to use my vibrator and could not figure out why it would not work. The batteries were brand new and everything. Well tonight while things are getting steamy we take it out to see if it will work and the whole time we’ve only been putting in 3 batteries when it takes 4. Talk about a blonde moment🤦🏼‍♀️
