Should I loose weight ?

I currently weigh 190 lbs :( my depression after my mc caused me to gain 30 lbs I’m wondering if I loose weight will I have a better chance of getting pregnant?

Answer

When I was ttc before the MC my doctor said to work out, take a prenatal, eat healthy, etc. so I certainly don’t think it could hurt. 
I keep telling myself I’ll get back into working out but so far I’m totally slacking.
