Pee problems - TMI

Okay so on Monday I went to the emergency room because I thought I had a UTI and the doctor agreed with me and gave me antibiotics. Woke up fine the next day, no pain. But today, the pain is back and I woke up on my stomach which has not been comfortable for about a week or so. The pain is not a burning pain but maybe more of a stinging pain and I’m wondering if it’s from the pressure on my bladder and the muscles holding the pee in(urethra and vestibule 🥴) when I sleep on my stomach.

I couldn’t figure out how to stop the first time I was pregnant either lol, didn’t stop till it was impossible seems like.
