LADIES!! Does your man take vitamins to help with sperm count at all??

I was just curious as to whether or not you ladies knew if your men took vitamins for sperm count or not. I couldn’t find specific ones for TTC at Walmart so I just got him some normal men’s multivitamins because the vitamins in them are supposed to help with sperm count either way. (Vitamin A, C, D, E, B-12, Zinc, etc.)

I had my husband take the vitamins from the One A Day couples pack that comes with prenatals for me and then vitamins for him. I also had him take L Carnitine too since that is supposed to help with motility. I don’t know he had low sperm or anything, but figured vitamins couldn’t hurt. We did get pregnant eventually if that counts! 🤷‍♀️

I had him take CoQ10 as well as his daily multivitamins. We conceived 2 months after starting the CoQ10
