Hey everyone,

So i am currently 32weeks and 3 days. I have been having these really painful contraction type of feeling since last night. Due to it being first pregnancy i have no clue what it is. At first i thought it was braxton hicks but was told its not meant to be painful but what i get feels like contractions and is really painful its in my back and ovaries type of feeling causing me to breathe in and out of my mouth as if im giving birth. No waters came or anything else, baby’s moving fine too (head down position).

Has anyone ever felt the same thing or can help me out?
