Am i prego?

Hi! I am on the implant, I had sex a week ago and he pulled out, exactly and I have this discharge but earlier it was white. I’m super scared I’ve had sore boobs for like a week or two now but that was before I had sex though. Could it be my menstrual coming and I just haven’t noticed the discharge ever?
