Im 4 weeks

Im 4 Weeks -So I spotted a little bit this past Tuesday, it was very very pink almost nothing and then it stopped but I went to the er and they gave me an ultrasound and vaginal one to, and the doctor told me it to early to know what really going on it could be a misscarige or it can be normal. Today I went to an ob doctor and they tell that the test came out very low on pregnancy that it could be to early or later a bad pregnancy 😞 that I have to go back in a month to see if it’s ok 😥 Im freaking out bad
