What could be causing me to spot really lightly? I started spotting 3 days ago and I only noticed it once when I was going to the bathroom. It went away but I just noticed it again today when I went to the bathroom. Its a really light red/pinkish color. My baby is okay because I just went to the er yesterday because I was having really bad round ligament and back pain , and they checked his heartbeat and it was at 156. And I’ve felt him move all throughout the day. I’m 20 weeks today and just confused as to why I’m bleeding if baby is okay. It’s just really scary to see any blood even though I know sometimes it can be normal. 🙁
