My 7-year-old niece told me she wanted to be a mermaid. My 6-year-old nephew is in the phase where he repeats his sister to annoy her so he said the same thing. I told him that he was a fish but we fixed him when he was a baby. His tail is where his butt was & that’s why there’s a crack in your butt & why it’s called a “tail bone”. Poor thing actually believed me & is having an existential crisis. 🤭🤣

Took me a solid 5 minutes for him to believe me that I was just joking & now I feel awful. 🤦🏻‍♀️
