Kids who won’t listen

So how do y’all remove a kid from a house when he refusing to. He’s 11, he’s my step son. I really don’t care that he stays. Though I would love some peace and quite every now and again. And I know at the end of the day that his dad doesn’t really care. It’s the principle of it though. His dad said they both have to go to their grandmas for their mom to pick them up there. Your parent said you have to something, you have to do something. The 9 year old got up and put her shoes on. And I don’t see why I gotta deal with his attitude either. Anyway how would y’all deal with this?
