Sleeping has become impossible!
Sleeping is so difficult the last week or so. From waking up and my side being asleep from trying to sleep on the left side only to vivid dreams that keep me awake for hours after. Getting frustrated and grumpy only getting three hours of sleep a night 😢 any recommendations?
I've tried pillows and even switching rooms in the house to a different bed. Fan on, fan off. Reading before bed. Nothing seems to be working!
