Is it safe to take Maximum Strength Pamprin Multi-Symptom pills in 1st trim.?
I know that taking acetaminophen is safe while pregnant, but it’s the other pamabrom + pyrilamine maleate ingredients I’m weary of. FYI I’m only a few weeks into my pregnancy (will be getting a blood test confirmation next week). Thanks!
