I know it’s wrong but I refuse for my husband to see me completely naked. Yup you heard right. Ever since having our baby boy ( 3 years ago) I refuse for him to see any part of my upper body including my stomach, boobs and sometimes my butt... you may ask, so how do you do it when it comes to sex? Well I wear a shirt and do it in the dark. Before I got pregnant, omg I would walk around in my underwear all the time but now I can hardly see myself nake in the mirror let alone have him see me.

Here’s the thing I had a c section and for some odd reason I was left with excessive loose skin which from what I heard I can never get rid off. Yes, I’ve been trying to work out but I just don’t see myself with the confidence I use to back then.

My husband doesn’t tell me anything about my body, heck he never tell me tell me if i look good or bad.

Idk what you else to do to build somewhat confidence.
