HS groin area

hiii guys

I’m having a really tough time here. I’ve had HS since I was 14 and i’m 23 now, always in the same area. My obgyn has attempted to remove it once and then again this past july to which we thought was a success, but as i’m laying here I feel an awful bump growing back. I don’t know what to do and I just feel soooo sad. I also have PCOS, just had my iud removed and having a cycle for the first time in almost a year, and suffer from anxiety and depression, so to have my HS boil thing grow back is really upsetting to me and it hurts so so bad 🥺
