So the only symptom of my period is I get a bad headache the day before. I usually take something for it but nothing ever seems to help it go away. These headaches make me nauseous and last all day. I haven’t found anything that has yet to take my period headache away. I have tried tyneol, Excedrin and Ibuprofen...but nothing works. When I have a normal headache usually one of those will take it away but for some reason it doesn’t work when I have a period headache. Foes anyone else have this problem? And had anyone found anything that helps period headaches go away?
