Unisom during pregnancy?

I’m having a hard time staying/falling asleep. I’m 11 weeks pregnant and from what I read online it’s safe to take. Anyone use this or have any advice?

I take the Unisom Sleep Tabs, they help me fall asleep but I still wake up a few hours later. Bonus, they help with the nausea as well.

Yes you can take it. My Dr said unison or Benadryl are fine to help you sleep.
