I think that’s normal. Was it swollen at all? If it was puffy or swollen I would call in but if it’s just that redness I would wait and see. If the redness were to spread down the whole leg then I’d call. My son tends to get redness like that every time he gets a vaccine and it only lasts about 12 hours and it fades away.
