When I was 15 I was on the pill for almost a year, until I dealt with period problems which made me want to get off. I’m still sexually active with the same person ever since, always using a condom but yes I know it’s not always guaranteed to protect. I’m 18 now and heading to college, I’ve been constantly thinking about whether to go back on birth control or not because I feel like I don’t need it yet it wouldn’t be a bad idea if I was on it again.

I feel like the fact that I’m being unsure means that I shouldn’t go back on. It seems that I’m unsure about what method I’d like to use and feel most comfortable with. Pill, shot, patch, or IUD. It was easier before on deciding, but now I feel it’s more difficult than ever.
