Would you say I need one more temp to confirm ovultion?

Or would say that this doesnt look like a thermal shift?

I'm doing an unmedicated

cycle and went in CD 9 and 11 for scans and bloodwork. On cd 9 I had 5 follicles total with one at 14.5mm. On cd 11 I had 8 follicles total all less than 6mm.

They said I didn't ovulate yet nor was I about to and that the 14.5 follicle was probably the spot where I ovulated from last cycle. I was doing opks and I did have a positive on tuesday but they are the choicemed brand and they kept having crazy dye runs so I'm not sure how much I can trust them which is why I didnt log it.

Also, I was on provera for most of my last cycle bc I had a hysteroscopy done. The start date to my period could be off if it was just a withdrawal bleed.
