TTC And I am 39 what is the best advise That worked for you?

I am 39 and TTC after just getting married on July 4. It took me a long time to find the love of my life and here I am ready for my first appointment ever at a fertility clinic on Monday. I’ve always wanted a family and there is nothing I like more than to have a baby girl. Please any advice is welcome. 
What was the best advice someone gave you? 
What brand of DHEA and CO Q 10 Did you take? 
Did you take anything else?

There is a better absorbed supp than co enzyme Q10..I only took the regular for a month when I conceived 2 mos ago but I dont think I took it long enough.I couldnt take dhea so not sure...I do n did take spirulina which is a super nutrient dense alkalizing superfood dark green.I didnt take for fertility but every day life n I read it is considered great for fertility. I m 43.7 mos n have a 14 month old. I also conceived 2 x in the last 5 mos but sadly moscarried.My midwife says getting pregnant is the harder part at my age ..miscarriage is the chance we take but I'll keep trying Love n baby dust to you🙏💕

DONT STRESS!! I have almost the same exact story. 39 and trying for my first. I miscarried recently and got so worked up with that and work that I ended up in the ER with a panic attack. Do not stress. Your body is stronger than you realize.

I read Jarrows brand COQ10 is really good. I just started taking that brand. Otherwise I was using Ubiquinol from Costco. I order the DHEA from Amazon (an orange bottle, can’t think of the name.)

Read “It Starts with the Egg”.  It has lots of great advice including supplement recommendations.  Start tracking your ovulation.  And I’d schedule an appointment with your doctor to get some baseline lab work.  See what your AMH, FSH, and Estrogen levels are.  Good luck!!
