8 pound baby’s!?!

Why are all the birth stories about 8 pound baby’s!!! Oh my! I’m so scared I’ll have a big baby😝 I’m 34 weeks today and I suddenly don’t wanna give birth anymore😂 she can just stay inside 😂

My daughter was 7lbs 15oz, ten minutes of pushing, no tearing. 
My best friend had a 5lb baby, an hour of pushing, and a fourth degree tear. 
I would much rather have a “big” baby lol

So many comments   , but you woman are hero’s! 8,9,10 pound babies! I would of died😳 my daughter was 7 pounds 4ounces and I tore 😞 and so I’m terrified . I don’t wanna have a c section but I’m scared of pushing out a larger baby.

My first was 9lbs 9oz and this one is expected around the same. I’d love to have an 8pound baby! Haha

I am hoping for 8-9 lbs, I have had as small as 6 lbs 5 oz and I have had as big as 10 lbs 2 oz and I much rather a bigger baby! My little babies got into funky positions which caused harder longer labors and lots of prodromal labor! My bigger babies flew out, literally! Don’t let this app and the stories scare you!

I’ve had two, so far, 8lbs 8oz and 8lbs 10oz. I pushed for 20min with my first and 30 min for my second, It really wasn’t bad at all. Although, I never had an idea on weight (my doctor doesn’t do the weight guesstimates) so psychology I was calm. Try not to psych yourself out about how big your baby will be. ❤️ Mamas push out 9 and 10lb babies all the time. You got this! 💪🏼

My daughter was 8lbs 9oz. I survived but did get a 3rd degree tear... the worst one you can get.. and note im not small im 5'10. Lol. Now im pregnant with a boy and let me just say i may not survive this time because they think he will be bigger but keeping my fingers crossed hes the same or less. Good luck mama!

My son was 7lbs 15oz (not quite 8 but close enough) and I pushed for like 2 hours, had to use suction, but I got maybe a first degree tear. I only had a couple stitches

My first son was estimated around 7lbs. He was born 8lbs 9oz lol. Pushed for an hour and a half with a second degree tear. He also had a bigger than average size head so that probably made it worse. It wasn’t HORRIBLE so don’t be afraid lol

Almost 9lb first baby. Was a surprise to everyone, thought since I'm smaller he would be smaller. Estimated like 6 or so lbs. I had an epidural, pushed a few times and he was born. No tears. He was perfect and ate like a champ from the start. 😁
