Cramps no af?

Did u have intense cramps like af was coming then they died down and still no AF??? 
I’m 1 day late— had intense cramps 2 days ago but now there very light 🤷🏼‍♀️

Me too! I had awful cramps Monday and Tuesday and figured it was coming. Now it’s Friday a day later than my normal cycle and no af and my cramps are on and off again light. I’ve been getting heartburn every morning and night after eating too the last couple days which is different. Took a test this morning and it was negative tho so just waiting for af to show 🤷🏽‍♀️
