I say no because my ob was pushing pretty hard on my belly yesterday to wake baby up during an ultrasound.

At this point, only a fall that hurts mom will hurt baby. I looked into this pretty heavily cause all I want to do is feel the little one move lol

I'd say no only because they're in a protected environment it's probably no worse the laying on your stomach which is completely safe on the first trimester. The worst that'd probably happen is you bruise yourself.

I would say just be careful as I had my ultrasound and they pushed very hard to try get measurements of twin 2 and iv had some spotting since xx
