Nail strength?

Hello￼ everyone! I recently started to grow out my nails because I don’t want to keep getting them done but they’re so thin and they keep breaking. Does anyone have any ideas to help? Nail strengthener?

when i wanted to grow out my nails i did a ton of research that took me like 2 days to do lol anyways my nails are super strong and long now and this link https://www.instagram.com/p/B0WdJIdHo1I/?igshid=3tyb3bwf7kyv is exactly what i did. i did all the do’s and dont’s and unfortunately i didn’t find this post until after i grew out my mails but it’s super super helpful and is everything that i researches to be true. but no to nail hardeners i did that when i was younger and it didn’t do anything but make my nails worse

Sounds weird but my mom would always tell me to grab a clove of garlic and just dig my nails into it and I’d do it daily for 2 weeks and it did help, I’ve never used a nail strengthener though

Yes buy yourself a nail hardener from an all natural brand. It will do you good. You have them at your local Organic shops or Pharmacy's. I have one that has bamboo extract and ive been using it for 2 weeks and my nails are so hard and theyve never been like this. You can also get an oil, but please buy a natural one, look at the ingredients! Expensive wont cut it. Mine cost 3 bucks and its natural, thats what really helped.
