K guys I’m finally 10dpo

I’m so nervous to test today since it’s been negatives before now but I know it’s too early. Anyways, I’ve had a lot of watery cm and my cervix is super soft and high and I’ve had cramping and I brown spotted 3 days ago then nothing. Period isn’t for 5 more days. Good sign??
