Hey y’all! So about 3 years ago.. on this app, I posted on my page and asked what it was like to be in love? And I received so many thoughtful and genuine responses. I just want to share that I know what it feels like and I’m truly thankful and pray everyday for this moment.

My best friend and I met 10 years ago, freshman year in high school. He asked me to be his girlfriend earlier this year. And I honestly feel like not much has changed. I’m still learning and growing with him, understanding his likes and dislikes, getting upset with him over petty things lol, but majority of the time, we just constantly laugh and make fun of each other like we did when we were just friends.

Like I’m still shocked this happened lol. He’s so caring and loves me for who I am. I can’t even describe how amazing he is. He’s so appreciative and I pray and thank God everyday for bringing him into my life at this moment in time. It’s just amazing. I just wanted to share that I finally know how it feels and sheesh, it’s pretty awesome😭
