Help!! WARNING TMI

So these bumps ive had for awhile and one has just started to get worse. Im not sure what they are but my older sister says she has them as well. Its uncomfortable and im not sure what to do. This is on the inner lip of my vagina and as you can see theres a red dot. Thats the one i messed with but now i dont even wanna touch them because it hurts.
