So I’m kinda scared that I could have chlamydia Im just having the thought of it. But anyways how long could you have this to make you infertile? I don’t have any symptoms and my periods are normal

I read on a legit scientific infos website and they say if it is left untreated and if u accidentally transfer the bacteria/virus (i forgot) to your eye (like touch the infected area then touch your eye) you can even go blind, so that sounds serious enough. So if u are worry about having clamydia or any std, pls pls PLS go and check it with a dr. Sooner the better. Most of stds are treatable with antibiotics or other meds specifically for the std.

Go to a doctor. Any amount of time that something goes untreated it could negatively effect your body long term. It’s a quick fix. An antibiotic and a couple weeks of abstinence.
