So I was on Depo Provera for a few years, maybe around 4. Last year around September was my last shot. Couple months later I got my period back and it was pretty normal.

Now recently, the past few months, something weird has been happening. I’ve been getting this reddish brown, kind of thick spotting/discharge for like a week before I get my period. And then my period is light and will last a week, sometimes longer. So basically, 2 out of the 4 weeks of the month, I’m “bleeding” and it’s so annoying!!

Anyone know why this is happening? Or if I can do anything to get it back to “normal”? 😭
