That’s awful! I hope it passes quickly. It’s the worst being sick when you pregnant.
What is going on
Okay... sooo I woke up with heartburn..
couldn’t fall back asleep so I took a time...
30 minutes later I was in the bathroom with the WORST diarrhea and a stomach sounding like it was extremely upset (making all sorts of noises)
I thought it went away... I showered & climbed back into bed...
nope, it’s back.

Maybe food poisoning. Or it could be severe acid reflux, I’ve always had acid reflux and it can do that you, it got worse during pregnancy. Also, have you switched up your prenatal? I switched mine and they’ve been making me a little nauseous and having to go to the bathroom like you said. I think it’s because of all the iron or something?
