Head aches?

What's good for headaches other then Tylenol! That never help me!

Tylenol is pointless, but I can't take my migraine medicines either 😕. These are the things that I do:
-cold pack in a dark room and try to sleep it off
-hot shower and let the hot water run over the base of my spine
-burger and a coke: the sugar and caffeine rush help.  I know caffeine isn't great in pregnancy, but I never have caffeine, so if I need 1 coke in my pregnancy to relieve a migraine, I feel it will be fine

Apparently magnesium works, I've seen a lot about it. Caffeine helps. Red meat like steak is full of iron and that has a lot to do with headaches too, so maybe try eating more iron rich foods. In EMT school they tell you whenever you have a headache to try and drink a bottle of Gatorade before you take any medication becauae a lot of times you may not know it, but your headache is due to dehydration.
