Too confused to be healthy
I'm 5'7 255lbs. Because I am on the taller side and I'm naturally built to look thick my goal weight is 170. My biggest problem is I have no idea how to eat healthy. I know to eat fruits and veggies, but other than that I'm completely lost. I've been trying to lose weight, but I end up so overwhelmed that I give up. Any advice would be amazing.
