Back pain? 37w6d

For hours last night I had some decently bad back pains that ran that ran down my legs and through my hips. It came , peaked basically, then slowly went away. Every like 10-15 mins or so. Never got more frequent , and never got significantly worse. But it was all in my back. No contractions all night. Throughout the day i had lots of hip pain, and lots of pressure but that’s it. Does this sound like nerve pains ? I tried all kinds of positions, a heating pad, nothing helped 😭 I hope this isn’t an indication that I’m going to have back labor!!!!
