Rash— opinions

So I’m just trying to get some other moms opinions. Yesterday I worked all day, when I got home I noticed tons of tiny red spots all over my daughters skin. Literally everywhere. Immediately took her to the pediatrician and they said the rash doesn’t present as anything specific so they aren’t really sure what it is. They said possibly coxsackie but again no blisters, nothing on hands or mouth, maybe an allergic reaction, maybe a virus, maybe an immune response to something, they literally have no answers. Has anyone seen anything like this before?
