So I used to get horribly painful periods due to having stage 1 endometriosis (discovered in surgery last year after ectopic rupture). Had my rainbow baby in May and just got my first period and other than a little aching for a couple days prior and very light light spotting, it started full force today and I have zero pain. Nothing. If I weren't bleeding you wouldn't even know I was on my period. Has anyone else had a totally different period after having a baby? I'm a FTM btw.
