Will I die if I don’t stop?

Freaking out I’m extremely over weight only 25 yrs old. I just was informed by a friend that Lauren Hicksons from my supersized life died at 21 leaving behind her poor daughter. My question is do you think someone young can die from obesity or did other factors contribute to her death?

My good friend from school who was a heavyweight CIF wrestling champion died of a heart attack at 21. He was one amazing guy. You are right to be worried but it doesn't just happen overnight...you can still turn things around.

Obesity can affect your health in many ways that can cause death. It’s something you can turn around though and live a healthier life. Maybe talk to a nutritionist and personal trainer on a plan to lose weight. Good luck!💓

Obesity kills. It's a disease. It may not kill directly, it may not kill right now, but it kills. 
You might not die right now, but you may not live enough to see your daughter graduating high school, college, to see their getting married, get their master's, or see your grandkids. Or live enough to be remembered by your grandkids.
And if you live enough, no one can tell how your life quality will be. You may not be able to chase around your grandkids once you're old. Or hold them for too long when they're infants.
Take care of you. Life is the most precious thing you have and you only have one body. So many different and diseases are prevented if we just live healthy. You don't need to cut.off any comfort food, you can balance it all.
